CONAN'S CLUES 202
Last week, Conan met Katsura Kotarou from Gintama!
This week, Conan met a guy on a journey. A journey west, to be precise - and it seems he's making it with company, but maybe that's only to be expected, because this guy (kid, looks like??) seems pretty friendly! Though he also seems to enjoy fighting, when that happens...and it looks like getting hit by his Nyoi Bo would hurt. But as long as Conan doesn't do anything bad or get in the group's way, he'll probably be fine...
And one more thing: to hopefully help clarify the specific series being referenced (as it's steeped in mythology that other anime do reference as well), this character does have a deck at Colors, and that deck is brown.
