Hello, Colors! Given that there are a lot of sports events gearing up at the moment, as well as a lot of popular sports series airing now or in the near future, sports seemed like a relevant topic for today's discussion.

Do you follow any sports, particular teams, and so forth? Do you play any sports yourself? Given the opportunity, are there any sports you'd like to try? Is your country known for any sport in particular, and are you a fan of that sport?

On the fandom side of things, are there any sports anime/manga you follow? Any you'd like to recommend? Do you tend to like sports series in general, or do you not see the appeal? Are there any sports games or minigames that you love/loathe?

These are just examples; you don't have to answer every question, and pretty much anything sports-related goes.

I will watch soccer and tennis, but usually just the big-name events. I support the German national football team, so really that's the best opportunity I have to see them play (as I live in the US). But I really don't like the Olympics, so every two years I go into hiding for like a month. I play tennis myself when I can, but I've never really been on a team or done anything competitive.

I also don't really like sports anime/manga...it's hard for me to get invested in them, for whatever reason, so they're not fun for me to follow. Usually I just can't motivate myself to be interested! I think that's partially due to my, like, real life interests.
